Sivi Pinot Trucker Cap

Sivi Pinot or Pinot Grigio as it's better known in a popular grape of Slovenia. In the West of the country they make it 'ramata' style, which derives from Italian for 'copper'. The light maceration of the wine gives it a copper like hue, but it is still very much a white wine.
