Composition: 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Franc
Color: ruby red with slight notes of garnet..
Aromas: It does not yet have garnet notes, it has some notes of merlot and cabernet and also an animalistic Swiss franc. very complex aroma, forest fruits in all red wines; already dark cherries appear. over the years it will still have leather and ash
Taste: a dry wine similar to barolo-tu. no Lots of tannins – soft and nice to drink.
Dishes: red meat, pheasant in the oven, various goulash Spaghetti with prosciutto and ripe tomatoes. Serious red wine for "the table"
